Fitment / Damage / Lost Issues? No worry, all taken care of!!

Fitment:

All our products are 100% fitment checked before shipping.

Please be sure to test fit parts before prep/paint, as it might require some modifications to obtain a finished product, by a professional body shop that has aftermarket kits installing experience.

Removal of the bumper reinforcement bars may be necessary to mount/hang front and rear bumpers.

In the case of a fitment issue please send the pictures and videos to [email protected] or send WhatsApp to +86 1732 8662 098, and our engineer will assist you/your bodyshop to install correctly.

Damage:

Shipping damage is rare, but in the event your product arrives damaged please follow the following procedures:

1. Accept the item

2. Clearly, notate "DAMAGED" on the driver's waybill.  Please be sure to sign on the actual waybill and not the copy.  Failure to do so will forfeit the insurance claim.

3. If possible please call us while the driver is there at +86 1732 8662 098.

4. Get the pictures and videos of the damaged item(s) send to [email protected] or WhatsApp +86 1732 8662 098

5, You must contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.

If the damage is repairable, we will compensate the repairing charge, if not repairable we will send the new replacement right away.

*Please Note the parts come with minor defects and imperfections like Scratches are Normal and Will be Removed During the Prep Process.

Lost:

Losing a such big item is very unlikely going to happen, but just in case it did, we will send you a new replacement right away without any bothering questions.
