Each splitter is wrapped in a pearl cotton and plastic bag to prevent scratches and cushioned with foam to reduce impact during shipping.

Can splitters ship with other parts?
Yes. Splitters can be packed together with bumpers, lights, splitters, or side skirts — saving you extra shipping costs. It’s ideal if you’re ordering multiple parts or sharing an order with friends.
What if I order a splitter with a bumper?
We’ll place the splitter securely inside the bumper crate, separated and protected to prevent any rubbing or damage.
WARRANTY
Does this aftermarket splitter fits like factory (OEM) parts?
Yes, this splitter pasting directly to trunk with 3M tape, no need modification.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 1-year limited warranty for all products.
- Spoiler and Other Bodykits: 1-year limited warranty for reassurance, though most issues come from installation or accidents.
- Lights: 1-year warranty on headlights, taillights, fog lights, and DRLs. Light condensation is normal and can be dried if needed.
What does the warranty cover?
Defects caused by manufacturing errors or products that fail under normal use.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Do you ship globally?
To most countries, yes — we offer Door-to-Door delivery, so you don’t need to handle customs paperwork. Some regions may have customs restrictions — please confirm availability with us!
Do you ship to all U.S. addresses?
- Standard costs cover all 48 mainland states.
- PR, HI, AK, and Virgin Islands have higher rates — please contact us for a quote before ordering.
- We don’t ship to PO Boxes.
How long does it take to ship my order and when it arrives?
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours after payment. If out of stock, we’ll need extra time to produce before shipping.

Can I get it faster?
Yes! We can ship by air or train freight, but extra charges will apply.

Pickup is currently available in Canada, New Zealand, South Africa, and Kenya.

How long does installation take?
Installation usually takes about only half-an-hour with one person. Before installing please cleanse the position area with alcohol.
Is there an installation manual?
Since fitment is mostly plug-and-play, we don’t provide a manual. If your body shop needs help, we offer free installation support.
Can I request customizations?
Absolutely. We welcome special requests such as custom colors, finishes, or added functions. Contact us to discuss what’s possible.
