Shipping & Return Policy

Handling Time

  • Most orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed.

  • Products not currently in stock may require additional production time before shipping.


Shipping Methods & Duration

  • By default, we ship via sea freight due to the large size of our kits. This helps keep shipping costs low. Typical delivery time is around 2 months to the United States (delivery times vary by country).

  • Customs inspections or other import/export procedures may cause additional delays.

  • Alternative shipping methods, such as air freight or train freight, are available upon request. Additional costs for these services will be added to the buyer’s invoice.


Delivery & Drop Locations

  • In most countries, we offer Door-to-Door delivery. This means you do not need to handle customs clearance or paperwork.

  • In some cases, customers may choose to pick up their order from a port city to save on domestic delivery costs and reduce waiting time. Please notify us before or after payment if you prefer this option.

  • Some countries may charge customs duties or additional fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before packing by emailing or calling us. A full refund will be issued, but any PayPal or bank handling fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.

  • If the order has already been packed and/or processed but not exported, a handling fee of $100–200 USD will be applied.

  • Once an order has been exported, cancellation is not possible. In this case, buyers are encouraged to resell the order to other customers.


Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in new, unused condition.

  • Before returning any product, you must email us first at [email protected]. Please include details such as:

    • Damage claims

    • Wrong or missing parts

  • ⚠️ Do not attempt to repair or install the part(s), as this may void eligibility for return.

  • Shipping charges (both to you and for return shipping back to us) are non-refundable.

  • Each return case is handled individually, and we aim to treat all customers fairly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products that have been installed, modified, or used

  • Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse by the buyer

  • Orders that have already completed exportation and customs clearance


Refund Processing & Disputes

  • If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us directly via email ([email protected]) or TextMessage/WhatsApp (+86 1732 8662 098).

  • Please notify us before filing a PayPal claim, as working directly with us will help speed up processing and avoid unnecessary delays.

  • Failure to contact us first may complicate the refund process and could result in collection action.
