At Car-Act.com, we want your shopping experience to be simple, secure, and convenient. You can pay safely and easily using the following methods:

Payment Terms

You may pay directly at checkout or use an available “Pay Later” option (where supported).
If you prefer to pay with a credit card or debit card (without using a PayPal account), simply click “Secure Checkout” → “Continue” (powered by PayPal), then select your preferred card option to complete the payment.

Bulk orders qualify for discounted pricing and lower shipping costs compared to purchasing items individually.
If you are an importer or purchasing multiple items for yourself or your group, you can add the desired items, quantities, and shipping address to the “Bundle to Save” inquiry form.
Submitting a Bundle Inquiry does not require immediate payment.
Once your inquiry is received, our manager will email you within 24 hours with a detailed invoice that includes discounts, shipping costs, and any other applicable charges.

An Order Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address you provided within 12 hours of placing your order.
- If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or confirm that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
- If you prefer to use a different email address for order communications, please notify us immediately after placing your order.
Most orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed.
- Products not in stock may take additional time for production before shipping.
Orders can be tracked directly on our website using your order number.

- Asia: generally faster delivery
- United States: standard delivery times
- Europe, Canada, Africa: longer transit times (typically the slowest region)
Average delivery timeframe: 1–3 months, depending on the destination country.
