1. General Use of Website

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.

We accept PayPal, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring that all details (item, model, shipping address, etc.) are correct before completing the order.
3. Handling & Shipping

Most orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. Custom-made or out-of-stock items may require additional processing time.

Standard shipping is by sea freight (approx. 2 months to the U.S. as an example). Air or train freight is available at the buyer’s request and expense.

In most countries, we provide Door-to-Door service, meaning customs clearance and paperwork are handled by us. In some cases, buyers may need to pick up from a nearby port city to reduce domestic delivery costs.

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before packing by contacting us via email or phone. A refund will be issued, minus any PayPal or bank handling fees.

If the order is packed but not yet exported, a handling fee of $100–200 USD will apply.

Once an order has been exported, cancellation is not permitted. Customers are responsible for reselling the product themselves.
5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products in new, unused condition.

Customers must email [email protected] before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Shipping charges (both to and from the customer) are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product. Painted, modified, or installed products are not eligible for return.
6. Fitment Policy

All products are fitment-checked before shipping, but aftermarket parts may require professional installation and modifications.

Test-fitting must be done before paint or installation. Returns or refunds will not be accepted once a product has been painted, drilled, cut, or otherwise altered.

Some adjustments (such as trimming bumper reinforcement foam) may be necessary for proper installation.
-
If fitment issues arise, customers must provide photos/videos, and our engineers will guide the installer.
7. Wrong Item Policy

Shipping errors are rare, as we confirm orders before dispatch.

In case of a wrong item received:

Contact us immediately with a photo of the received product.
-
We will ship the correct replacement at no cost (including shipping and taxes).
-
Customers may keep, sell, or gift the incorrect item.

8. Shipping Damage

Products are shipped in reinforced crates for maximum protection.

If damage occurs:

Accept the delivery and clearly mark “DAMAGED” on the waybill before signing.

Take photos/videos and send them to [email protected] or WhatsApp.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If repairable, we will cover repair costs. If not, a new replacement will be shipped.

Minor scratches or imperfections are normal in aftermarket parts and will be resolved during prep/paint.
9. Lost Shipments

Lost packages are extremely rare due to the size of our products.

If loss occurs, a replacement will be shipped immediately at no additional cost.
10. Warranty & Liability

Our products are aftermarket parts and are not OEM. No warranty is provided for wear, tear, or improper installation.

We are not responsible for labor costs, vehicle downtime, paintwork, or other indirect damages.
-
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring the compatibility of purchased items with their vehicles.

Customers must contact us directly to resolve any issues before filing disputes with PayPal, banks, or credit card companies. This ensures faster and smoother resolutions.

Unnecessary disputes may delay refunds, replacements, or claims processing.
