Are your product quality and fitment like factory (OEM) parts?
Product quality varies by material — some are better, some are not as strong as OEM. Please check the product description or ask our sales team for details.
All products are 100% matched and test-fitted before shipping. However, aftermarket bodykits may require minor adjustments for perfect alignment.
We recommend professional test installation by a body shop before final prep and paint.
Do you offer Door-to-Door delivery in Every Country?
- Yes. In most countries, we can do Door-to-Door delivery includes customs clearance and local delivery.
- Some regions may have customs restrictions — please confirm availability with us!
- In some countries like Canada, New Zealand, South Africa and Kenya, you may choose pickup to save time and cost.
Do you ship to all U.S. addresses?
- Standard costs cover all 48 mainland states.
- PR, HI, AK, and Virgin Islands have higher rates — please contact us for a quote before ordering.
- We don’t ship to PO Boxes.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours after order confirmation. Standard sea freight delivery takes approximately:
- ~2 months to the United States
- ~2–3 months to Canada, Europe, and Africa
- 1 week – 1 month to most Asian countries
Do I need to buy extra accessories like adapters or plugs?
No. Essential accessories are included, and in most cases, you can reuse your original parts.
How long does installation take?
For bumpers, grilles, or lights, installation usually takes 1–2 hours with two people.
Spoilers, splitters, and side skirts typically take about 30 minutes to install.
Is there an installation manual?
Since fitment is mostly plug-and-play, we don’t include a manual. However, if your installer runs into any issues, we’ll gladly provide free technical support.
Do you provide painting or other customizations?
Yes. We welcome special requests such as custom colors, finishes, or added functions. Please contact us to discuss what’s possible.
Can you produce my own design as an OEM order?
Yes, as a direct manufacturer, we can produce your custom design. However, for individual customers, we don’t recommend custom molds since the tooling cost is very high for single users.
What if the style I like is not on your site?
If you can’t find the style you want, please contact us — we’ll check our warehouse or try to source it for you.
Are all items on the website in stock?
Not always. Please contact us for up-to-date availability. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but some items may sell out or be newly released before updates are reflected online.

Do you offer installment payments?
We don’t provide in-house installment plans, but credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay and PayPal Pay Later may allow payment in installments, you can check with your card issuer.

Orders can be canceled before shipping, but PayPal or bank handling fees are non-refundable.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
Faster air or train freight is available upon request at additional cost.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send a tracking number you can use on the Track My Order page to monitor progress.
How are your products packaged?
- Bumpers: Wrapped in bubble wrap, packed in a reinforced wooden crate with foam protection and hinged opening for easy access.
- Grilles, Spoilers, Diffusers: Protected with plastic wrap, corner guards, and foam inside a carton box.
- Head & Tail Lights: Sealed in plastic and packed in custom-fit foam boxes for full protection.
Multiple parts can be shipped together to save international freight costs.
Do you offer group buys or bulk discounts?
Yes. Group buys and bulk orders help save on shipping since several kits can share one crate. You are welcome to contact us for group pricing and combined shipping arrangements.
Do your products come with a warranty?
All products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
- Bodykits: Manufacturing defects only (not installation or accident damage).
- Lights: 1-year coverage for headlights, taillights, fog lights, and DRLs.
Minor condensation inside lights after rain or washing is normal and can be dried easily.
To claim warranty, please contact us within 72 hours with photos, issue description, and proof of purchase.
What is your return policy?
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 72 hours with photos and details. Please don’t install or repair before contacting us. Return shipping is non-refundable unless it’s our error.
Contact us directly before opening a PayPal or Card dispute — we resolve issues faster this way. Not notifying us may result in collection action.
