Fitment / Wrong Item / Damage / Lost Issues – No Worries, We’ve Got You Covered!

Disclaimer:

Please note that all aftermarket parts require professional installation and may need slight modifications to achieve the best fitment. Unlike OEM factory parts, aftermarket kits may not always achieve 100% seamless fit. We strongly recommend installation by an experienced body shop familiar with aftermarket parts before final prep and paint. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this.


Fitment

  • Every product is fitment-checked before shipping.

  • Please test-fit parts before prep/paint. Once painted, installed, or modified, returns/exchanges cannot be accepted.

  • Some adjustments may be necessary, such as removal or trimming of the bumper reinforcement bar foam to mount grilles, front bumpers, or rear bumpers.

  • If you encounter fitment issues, contact us immediately by email ([email protected]) or TextMessage/WhatsApp (+86 1732 8662 098) with photos/videos. Our engineers will work directly with you or your installer to resolve the problem.


Wrong Item Received

  • We take great care to confirm your order before shipment, making wrong shipments extremely rare.

  • In the unlikely event you receive the wrong item:

    • Simply send us a photo of the product you received.

    • We will resend the correct item immediately, at no additional cost, including shipping and taxes.

    • You may keep, sell, or gift the incorrect item as you wish.


Shipping Damage

Our products are shipped in reinforced, secure crates to prevent damage. However, in the rare event of damage during transit, please follow these steps:

  1. Accept the delivery – do not refuse it.

  2. Clearly mark “DAMAGED” on the driver’s waybill before signing. Failure to do so will forfeit the insurance claim.

  3. If possible, call us immediately while the driver is present at +86 1732 8662 098.

  4. Take clear photos and videos of the damage. Send them to [email protected] or TextMessage/WhatsApp.

  5. Report the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • If the damage is repairable, we will cover the repair cost.

  • If the damage is not repairable, we will send a brand-new replacement right away.

Please Note: Minor surface scratches or imperfections are normal in aftermarket parts and will be removed during the prep/paint process.


Lost Packages

Due to the large size of our shipments, lost items are extremely rare. If it does happen:

  • We will immediately ship a replacement item at no cost to you.

  • No lengthy claims or delays—just a fast resolution.


Important Notes

  • Communication is key: Always contact us first before filing claims with PayPal or your bank, as this may cause unnecessary delays.

  • Products that are painted, modified, or installed cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their vehicle model before purchase. If unsure, please consult us prior to ordering.
