PACKAGE
How are bodykits and lights packaged?
Each bumper is wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent scratches, then placed inside a thick wooden crate for maximum protection for Sea freight; and thick carton for Air shipping for secure protection with light weight.
Each light is sealed in plastic and packed in custom-fit foam boxes for full protection.
What is the size and weight of the package?
The size is about 200*75*70cm, and weight about 45kg.
Does the crate open easily?
Yes. The crate has hinges on the top, making it simple for you (or customs) to open without damaging the bumper inside.
Can I ship other parts together with my bumper?
Absolutely. Smaller items like grilles, lights, splitters, spoilers, and side skirts can be packed together with the bumper in the same crate—at no extra shipping cost.
Will the parts inside rub against each other?
No. We use secure isolation and protective layers inside the crate and carton box so parts stay separate and safe during transport.
Is there a benefit to ordering in bulk?
Yes. Shipping multiple items together (either for your own car or with friends) is often more cost-effective than shipping parts separately.
Sea Freight / Train Shipping Package (Secure isolation and protective layers for Bulk Order)
Air Freight Package (Secure isolation and protective cushion with Light Weight)
Headlights Package (Secure and strong foam cushion)

SHIPPING
Do you ship globally?
To most countries, yes — we offer Door-to-Door delivery, so you don’t need to handle customs paperwork. Some regions may have customs restrictions — please confirm availability with us!
Do you ship to all U.S. addresses?
- Standard costs cover all 48 mainland states.
- PR, HI, AK, and Virgin Islands have higher rates — please contact us for a quote before ordering.
- We don’t ship to PO Boxes.
How long does it take to ship my order and when it arrives?
Most orders ship within 24–48 hours after payment. If out of stock, we’ll need extra time to produce before shipping.

Are customs duties included in the price?
Usually included. Most shipping costs cover customs and related fees. However, some countries may charge GST or small local fees.
How will my order be shipped?
By default, we ship via sea freight — it’s the most cost-effective method. After customs clearance, a local trucking company will deliver to your door.

- Each case is reviewed fairly, please contact us before opening a dispute on PayPal or your card issuer for faster resolution.
FAQS
Is the quality the same as OEM factory parts?
Yes. This front & rear bumper material is OEM PP, and hood in metal.
Will this bumper affect the ground clearance?
It may sit a bit lower than the factory bumper, but not enough to affect normal driving or road clearance.
Are sensors and cameras compatible?
Yes, the bumpers include provisions for factory parking sensors and cameras. Your existing sensors and cameras will be transferred during installation.
Are plugs and screws included?
Yes, essential items are included. In some cases, you may also reuse your original parts.
How long does installation take and is there an installation manual?
With two experienced mechanics, installation usually takes about 1-2 DAYS. And since fitment is mostly plug-and-play, we don’t provide a manual. If your body shop needs help, we offer free installation support.
Can I install this myself?
Professional installation is strongly recommended. This conversion involves bumper replacement, complete LED lighting wiring, fog light integration, and precise alignment—best handled by experienced technicians.
Can I purchase individual components separately?
Yes. You can purchase single item instead of buying the whole package, but complete package ensures unified 2020 version styling.
Do you provide painting or plating service?
Yes. We offer both painting and plating options to match your style.
Can I request customizations?
Absolutely. We welcome special requests such as custom colors, finishes, or added functions. Contact us to discuss what’s possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover
- Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, Pay Later (PayPal), Debit Cards
- MoneyGram, WesternUnion
Other payment options may be available upon request.
Do you offer payment installments?
We don’t offer in-house installment plans. Full payment is required before shipment. However, credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay and PayPal Pay Later may allow installments depending on your card issuer or PayPal eligibility.
