How are bumpers packaged?
Each bumper is wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent scratches, then placed inside a thick wooden crate for maximum protection for Sea freight; and thick carton for Air shipping for secure protection with light weight.
What is the size and weight of the package?
The size is about 200*75*70cm, and weight about 45kg.
Does the crate open easily?
Yes. The crate has hinges on the top, making it simple for you (or customs) to open without damaging the bumper inside.
Can I ship other parts together with my bumper?
Absolutely. Smaller items like grilles, lights, splitters, spoilers, and side skirts can be packed together with the bumper in the same crate—at no extra shipping cost.
Will the parts inside rub against each other?
No. We use secure isolation and protective layers inside the crate and carton box so parts stay separate and safe during transport.
Is there a benefit to ordering in bulk?
Yes. Shipping multiple items together (either for your own car or with friends) is often more cost-effective than shipping parts separately.

Not always. Aftermarket kits may need small adjustments for a perfect fit. We strongly recommend professional installation before final prep and paint.

Yes. We offer a 1-year limited warranty for all products.
- Grille and Other Bodykits: 1-year limited warranty for reassurance, though most issues come from installation or accidents.
- Lights: 1-year warranty on headlights, taillights, fog lights, and DRLs. Light condensation is normal and can be dried if needed.
What does the warranty cover?
Defects caused by manufacturing errors or products that fail under normal use.

Is the quality and the finish same as OEM factory parts?
Yes. This front bumper material quality and finish is factory made OEM PP standard.
Is the installation of this bumper plug-and-play?
The bumper is designed for a straightforward installation and excellent fitment. However, as an aftermarket conversion body kit, minor adjustments or modifications may be required, such as slight trimming of the bumper brackets, to achieve the best fit.
Can I still use the OEM headlight washers and parking sensors?
The headlight washer openings have a different surface angle from the OEM bumper, so your body shop will need to drill and fit the openings. Alternatively, you can leave them covered and disable the headlight washer function, as many newer Lexus models no longer use headlight washers.
For the parking sensors, we can pre-drill the mounting holes before shipping. Your body shop can then transfer the OEM sensors to the new bumper.Does this bumper fit both short and long wheelbase models, hybrid LS600h, F Sport models?
Yes, it fits LS460 and LS460L models, LS600h and LS600hL hybrid models, F Sport package models.
Will this bumper affect the ground clearance?
It may sit a bit lower than the factory bumper, but not enough to affect normal driving or road clearance.
Are mounting clips and hardware included?
Mounting hardware is typically not included. You should reuse the clips, brackets, and hardware from your original bumper, or purchase them separately if needed.
How long does installation take?
With two people, installation usually takes about 2 hours.
Is there an installation manual?
Since fitment is mostly plug-and-play, we don’t provide a manual. If your body shop needs help, we offer free installation support.
